Designed for Comfort and Performance
Custom Ski
Boot Liners.
Your liner is molded around your foot while you stand in your boot, filling the space a stock liner leaves. It sets in about five minutes, there's no break-in, and a heating element is built in, ready for Winterheat ski boot heaters whenever you want warm feet.
A One-of-a-Kind Injection Process
From beginners to experts, a Surefoot custom ski boot liner is the best way to end the cold, pain, and misery of ill-fitting ski boots: heel lift, cold toes and hot spots. Our liners work with all brands and models, including the boots you already own — hailed as the most versatile upgrade out there. Browse the boots we fit by brand and fit.
The Injection Process
Five Minutes From Pour
To Perfect Fit.
Expertly crafted, our liners are manually injected by one of our boot fitters with a gel-like proprietary memory compound that solidifies in five minutes — creating a protective, flexible liner that molds perfectly to fit your foot and ankle.
At Surefoot, we take pride in our unique injection process. Custom-built from the ground up to your foot's every curve, Surefoot Contoura Liners deliver a custom fit unparalleled in precision and comfort.

What Happens at
a Liner Fitting
Bring the boots you want to keep, or come in for new ones. Your liner is injected while you stand in the boot and molded to your foot in about five minutes, then your fitter fine-tunes the fit before you leave, all in one visit.
Bring your boots into any of our 29 locations for adjustments, for the lifetime of your boots, and if adjustments aren't getting there, we can re-inject the liner under our Absolute Fit Guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

Stock Liner or Custom
Do I Need a Custom
Ski Boot Liner?
Start with the shell. It sets the length and shape, so it has to fit your foot before anything inside it can help, and at Surefoot it's chosen from your foot scan and checked on your foot. A stock liner is built for an average foot in that size. It settles over a season and leaves gaps at the heel and ankle that your foot doesn't fill.
A custom liner fills exactly those gaps, which is why your fitter recommends one when the shell check shows room around your foot. Under it, a custom orthotic supports your foot in a neutral position so the liner holds it where it belongs.
Comparing options? Our guides cover the four types of ski boot liner and when a replacement liner is the fix.

Reviewed and Recommended
I've skied with pain for over 15 years trying multiple boot options with different boot-fitters. My first day on the Surefoot boots was the first day I didn't take a ski boot off at lunch — and the first day I stopped skiing because my legs were tired, not from foot pain. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
